Monday - Thursday $300.00 for the day / $200.00 for one-half day
Friday or Sunday $450.00 for the day
Saturday $500.00 for the day
Includes tables and chairs for 60 guests.
Reservation and Security Deposit: 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve the date of your event. The fee may be paid in cash or a money order payable to Pike Historic Preservation, Inc. The balance is due three weeks prior to the reservation date. A security deposit of $250 will be collected at the time the balance is due to cover any damages to the Barn or its furnishings and/or to cover any additional hours that the Barn is used.
Refund Policy: 90% of the rental deposit will be returned if the property is re-rented within 30 days of the reserve date.
